Shipping & Return Policy

 Shipping Policy: We do our best to get orders out in a timely manner, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. We do NOT cater to time sensitive shipments, plan ahead! 

 If you purchase a pre-order item, or an online exclusive item, please allow more time for the preorder item(s) to deliver. If you purchase a pre-order item with ready to ship items, your order(s) may deliver at different times. 

➳ Wrong Address Policy: If Wild West Apparel & Co. receives a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost, or the order will be canceled and you will receive an E-Gift Card (not including shipping that was at cost of Wild West Apparel & Co.) Orders are shipped to the address on file. If your item(s) are sent back to us, you will be responsible for the price of shipping the 2nd time. Once items are shipped, it is COMPLETELY out of our hands!

➳ ORDER CANCELATION:

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! We work very hard to get orders out as soon as we are able. You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.

ALL authentic cowhide products vary in color, texture, and pattern. Most have a distressed leather backing. These situations do not qualify as defects and will not be refunded.

WILD WEST APPAREL & CO. ACCEPTS RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise, that qualify, for a store credit (Wild West Apparel & Co. E-Gift Card) within 7 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED. This applies to all in person purchases as well. 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED

➳ HOW TO RETURN: 

To make a return, item(s) MUST be sent back to Wild West Apparel & Co. within 7 days of the DELIVERY date. Tracking information for the return MUST be sent to wildwestapparelandco@gmail.com within those 7 days. Items MUST be returned WITH TAGS and UNDAMAGED/UNWORN. If item(s) are returned without tags or are damaged/worn, you will NOT receive your E-Gift Card. 

INCLUDE IN RETURNING PACKAGE: 

  • PACKING SLIP from your order OR printed confirmation email. 
  • CIRCLE ITEM(S) being returned and include the REASON FOR RETURN.

*Purchaser IS responsible for all shipping costs on the returning package.*

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping

 EXCHANGES: 

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color or any other variation.

➳ ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN: 

If an item is returned that DOES NOT qualify for a return (All Final Sale Items or damaged/worn) we will send you an email. Once you receive the email you will be responsible for paying a $7 Return Shipping Charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 7 days. If you have not emailed us back and paid the shipping charge, the items will be donated to charity. 

➳ DAMAGED ITEMS: 

If there are any issues, such as damage to items purchased or you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s) and your receipt to wildwestapparelandco@gmail.com  WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. 

STORE CREDIT will be issued for damaged goods. There are no exceptions for this policy. Items that have been worn and claimed damaged will not be accepted. All tags must be intact.
